The Tuhey Law Firm represented McCarthy & Trinka, Inc. in its acquisition by Assured Partners of Illinois. McCarthy & Trinka, Inc., a top insurance brokerage firm, was acquired by Assured Partners of Illinois, a leading insurance brokerage firm in the industry. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
